Music Niagara invites you to a special masterclass with internationally acclaimed violinist Solomiya Ivakhiv.

An inspiring opportunity to watch exceptional young musicians work closely with a world-class artist, this open masterclass offers a rare behind-the-scenes look at the artistry, technique, and musical insight that shape outstanding performances.

A celebrated soloist, chamber musician, and educator, Solomiya Ivakhiv is Professor of Violin and Viola and Head of Strings at the University of Connecticut and Professor of Violin at the Longy School of Music of Bard College. Known for her expressive artistry and thoughtful teaching, she regularly leads masterclasses at leading universities and festivals around the world.

This event is free and open to the public. Donations are warmly encouraged to support Music Niagara’s educational programs.
