Description

The Niagara Land Trust invites you to a free public event exploring a greener vision for the future of the Niagara Peninsula. For all people interested in the preservation of our forests, wetlands, native species, and wild spaces.

Featured speaker Adam Shoalts, PhD, – explorer and national bestselling author, described by the Toronto Star as “Canada’s Indiana Jones” and by CBC as”one of the greatest living explorers’ – will share compeling stories and images from his expeditions. From paddling 3,400km from Lake Erie to the Arctic, to exploring some of the most remote landscapes in North America, Shoalts will connect his experiences in the wild to the importance of protecting natural spaces at home.
